Premier Sports, Discover Card, and Fleet Feet Sports are proud to announce the First Annual Armed Forces Honor Run benefiting the Greater Powell Veteran's Memorial, The first annual Armed Forces Run will be held on Memorial Day - Monday May 26, 2008 at the Westerville Sports Complex and will feature 5 Mile, 5K, and 1 Mile events. The 5 Mile event will feature 1 mile dedicated to each branch of United States Military Service: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard.

A $1000 cash purse will be awarded in the 5 Mile to the top 10 using age graded scoring standards!
In the 5K, medals will be presented to the top 3 men and women, along with the top 3 in each age group.
